You won’t find your voice right away, and at first you will most likely imitate your favourite authors, or the style of your favourite genre. That’s not a bad thing, and probably a necessary step on the way to writing the way you are meant to. And that’s a good reason to keep writing, in order to flush out of your system the pale imitations of other authors’ styles. To find your own style.
The other way of finding your voice is to write as honestly as you can, without a care as to what others might think.
In the end you will start producing work that matters.
